This work presents a study on the reduction of single-use plastics in a neighborhood delicatessen, based on the application of sustainable accounting principles and Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) No. 12: Responsible Consumption and Production. Using an experimental and mixed-methods approach, direct observations, interviews, and surveys were conducted with owners, employees, and customers.
