Conversaciones, cantos y contadas en lengua mapuche y español de Juan Tranamil, nacido en Pilcaniyeu, Río Negro, Argentina (ver mapa). Este hablante nativo de lengua mapuche tiene una edad de 75 años al momento de la entrevista. Posee estudios primarios incompletos. Sus padres fueron Antonio Tranamil y Juana Huanquelef, nacidos en Argentina. A la edad de 7 años, al fallecer su madre, quedó al cuidado de su tía María Huanquelef.<br />Juan Tranamil ha brindado talleres y charlas en escuelas primarias de la zona de Epuyén y El Bolsón con el fin de revitalizar la lengua mapuche. Actualmente vive en Epuyén, Chubut. <br />Este registro contiene las grabaciones realizadas en el año 2017 por Lucas Curapil, Elia Tripailaf y Silverio Ortiz, en la ciudad de General Roca (Fiske Menuco), Río Negro. Argentina.
