This article addresses the importance of promoting ecological consciousness within the Faculty of Economics and Administration (FAEA) of the National University of Comahue, within the framework of Sustainable Development Goal No. 12: Responsible consumption and production. The main objective was to analyze the impact of an institutional intervention based on the installation of informational posters and awareness campaigns regarding student environmental behavior. A mixed approach was applied, using quantitative and qualitative techniques, and a non-experimental, cross-sectional, and descriptive design. The sample, defined by convenience, included 60 students who responded to digital surveys before and after the campaign. The intervention consisted of posters placed in common areas and publications on an Instagram account. The results showed significant improvements in three dimensions: greater understanding of the concept of responsible consumption, critical evaluation of the impact of plastics, and an increase in sustainable practices such as recycling. The qualitative analysis revealed that visual stimuli generated reflection among students. The discussion links these findings with previous studies on nudges and institutional campaigns, highlighting the effectiveness of simple and accessible strategies. It is concluded that brief and participatory interventions can generate significant changes in university environmental consciousness and strengthen institutional social responsibility.

A lo largo del cursado, los estudiantes llevaron adelante proyectos de investigación–servicio en los que articularon sus saberes de inglés con los contenidos propios de sus carreras y con la resolución de problemáticas reales de la comunidad. El proceso incluyó la lectura y el análisis de textos académicos en inglés para la elaboración del marco teórico, la selección de un problema relevante, el diseño e implementación de una metodología de investigación, y la comparación de resultados con los aportes de autores especializados. This action research study focused on contributing to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth. The objective was to advise three local entrepreneurs in the city of Neuquén on creating and optimizing their online sales channels (e.g., through social media, e-commerce, or marketplaces) for three months, with the goal of increasing their sales by 15% through the implementation of digital marketing strategies, improved user experience, and optimized sales processes. The identified problem was the entrepreneurs' low profitability, caused by a lack of guidance and limited knowledge of digital marketing tools. A mixed-methods approach was used, combining qualitative analysis (surveys and interviews) for diagnosis with quantitative measurement of sales records for evaluation. The final results showed a 66% achievement of the SMART objective, with two of the three ventures exceeding their growth target: Santorini Lingerie (+22.16%) and Rapiperro (+15.38%). The third venture, Tejidos Noem, experienced a slight decline (-1.52%). The findings confirm that digital marketing strategies and user experience optimization are key factors for local economic growth. The partial failure underscores the need for digital consulting to be accompanied by a robust internal operational structure and a product strategy adapted to seasonality.

An interview design was used with a treatment group that received training and a control group, both evaluated after the intervention using structured surveys administered to a total of 28 participants. The results demonstrate that the training significantly increased the understanding of UBI, with an improvement in the identification of its essential characteristic: unconditionality. The trained group also showed a more critical and realistic view of the fiscal challenges, an aspect that is the main concern of the respondents. Although a slight inclination towards favorable positions was observed, doubts persist about its fiscal viability and its labor effects. The work concludes that economic education is a relevant tool to foster an informed public debate on innovative redistributive policies in the Argentine context.

A summary of the resource.
The city of Neuquén is undergoing significant urban growth, which drives the demand for aggregates such as sand, gravel, and crushed stone, mainly used in construction. This demand leads to an intensification of extractive activities in both riverbank and terrestrial quarries, whose exploitation can cause significant impacts on the geological environment, such as erosion, ground instability, and alteration of overlying and underlying sedimentary systems. The present project aims to analyze these impacts from a geological perspective and to assess the degree of involvement of professional geologists in the planning, control, and monitoring of such activities, within the framework of the principles of responsible production and consumption established by SDG 12.
La ciudad de Neuquén está experimentando un crecimiento urbano importante que impulsa la demanda de áridos, como arena, grava y ripio, utilizados principalmente en la construcción. Esta necesidad genera una intensificación de la actividad extractiva en canteras tanto ribereñas como terrestres, cuya explotación puede provocar impactos significativos sobre el entorno geológico, como la erosión, inestabilidad del terreno y alteración de sistemas sedimentarios suprayacentes e infrayacentes. El presente proyecto busca analizar estos impactos desde una perspectiva geológica y evaluar el grado de intervención de profesionales geólogos en la planificación, control y monitoreo de dichas actividades, en el marco de los principios de producción y consumo responsables establecidos por el ODS 12.

Durante el año 2025, la Cátedra de Inglés de la Licenciatura en Ciencias Geológicas (Facultad de Ingeniería), a cargo de la profesora María Belén Martínez del Departamento de Idiomas con Propósitos Específicos, desarrolló un trabajo basado en proyectos. El proceso incluyó la lectura y el análisis de textos académicos en inglés para la elaboración del marco teórico, la selección de un problema relevante, el diseño e implementación de una metodología de investigación, y la comparación de resultados con los aportes de autores especializados. Cada proyecto culminó con la redacción de un informe final en formato de paper, presentado en español e inglés, siguiendo una plantilla estandarizada.

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span>Portafolio electrónico creado en la cátedra Programa del Idioma Requisito INGLÉS, Nivel II: Portafolios Electrónicos. <a href="https://padlet.com/guadi09_97/g8k5h108uer" target="_blank"><strong>VER PORTAFOLIO</strong></a></span><br /><br />El tema seleccionado por nuestro grupo se centra en el estudio de la inserción de las NTIC’s en el proceso educativo, para pensar algunos de sus principales desafíos en la actualidad. De los cuatro artículos recogidos seleccionamos el paper “<i>ICT implementation for Education and Learning”, </i>principalmente por los aspectos introductorios y generales a la temática que nos presenta el autor, Soni Srivastava. Este paper, antes de introducir las consecuencias de las TIC’s en la vida académica, centra su recorrido en los actores decisivos en el proceso de la enseñanza (estudiante-docente), lo que nos resulta más enriquecedor para pensar el proceso de inserción de las NTIC’s en la educación.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">En contraposición al mencionado artículo, el paper<i> “Impact of ICT on Education: Challenges and Perspectives</i>” de Ronald Hernández, nos habla de las incidencias generales de las Tecnologías de la información y la comunicación en distintas esferas de la vida, para pensar nuevos paradigmas en educación, principalmente, sobre el rol de los estudiantes y docentes. Si bien el autor explica que las tecnologías siempre existieron en la educación (calculadoras, ábacos, lapiceras, etc.), el quiebre que presentan las tecnologías informáticas no parece ser resuelto ya que el autor habla poco de los mecanismos democráticos que colocarían al estudiante en un lugar protagonista del proceso educativo. En el mismo sentido, el texto “<i>Role of ICT in the Curriculum Educational System” </i> de Samieh Shahmir, Farideh Hamidib, Zohre Bagherzadehc y Leila Salimid; presenta aspectos más esquemáticos de la inserción de las TIC’s en Educación, pero desde el grupo no compartimos con la idea de que las TIC's (o TI) deben estar al servicio económico y científico para el "progreso fundamental y el desarrollo del país”, por lo que definimos tomar otro texto.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Sobre el artículo “<i>The role of ICT in learning – teaching process</i>”, de Jamalahdin Mostafa, Sayed Ahmad Hashemi, Pari Sosahabi, Maryam Berahman, nos pareció que nos podría ofrecer una perspectiva concreta sobre posibles reformas en educación, en consecuencia a la utilización de las NTIC’s, pero definimos dejarlo a de lado, ya que el paper que definimos seleccionar nos presenta un enfoque que pone el foco en la relación estudiante-docente, problemática de mayor interés para nuestro grupo.</p>

Organic waste management has become a global challenge in light of population growth, urbanization, and the need to move toward circular economy models. Approximately 50% of the waste generated worldwide consists of organic matter. In this context, composting emerges as a sustainable alternative that allows waste recovery, reduces dependence on chemical fertilizers, and generates environmental, social, and economic benefits. Based on this, we set out to promote the implementation of a composting system at the Faculty of Economics and Administration located in the city of Neuquén (FAEA), considering this practice feasible due to the amount of organic waste produced. In addition, we observed a strong willingness from the university community, as shown in the results section. Furthermore, we intend for this work to serve as a foundation for future research and the implementation of similar practices in academic settings.

<p align="justify">This paper describes a free yearly course taught by research team J033 at Comahue University during 2019 for primary- and secondary-school teachers of English and some insights gained through its formative and summative assessment (Brown, 2004). The course aimed to equip participants with theoretical-practical knowledge on how to teach contextualised formulaic sequences (Wray, 2002) (FSs) through authentic songs, legends and myths, and motivate them to engage in a future pilot experience teaching formulaic language in their own EFL settings.<br />The paper first discusses some theoretical issues related to formulaic sequences and their teaching in EFL contexts. Then it describes the course in terms of its aims and content, while also considering the different tasks completed by participants for formative and summative assessment. As instances of formative assessment (Brown, 2004), there were face-to-face and virtual group discussions in which teachers discussed key concepts in the bibliography on FS instruction, and oral presentations in which participants described sets of tasks designed for the introduction of FSs in their teaching contexts. Formal summative assessment consisted of three real-life tasks involving the implementation of central content in the course, which were meant to provide an insight into teachers’ grasp of the underlying principles of FS teaching (Lindstromberg & Boers, 2008) and their application in EFL classrooms and, by extension, into the extent to which the workshops’ objectives may have been accomplished.<br />The paper analyses some common features in the practical assignments submitted by participants for the assessment of the course. Tasks like summarising the theory to justify decisions on the sequences to teach and relating this to the aims of the tasks they designed posed some challenges to trainees. These challenges are examined and some implications are also discussed in terms of teaching FSs in in-service teachers’ contexts.</p>

La lengua materna de los alumnos en este estudio es español, la que difiere del inglés en dos aspectos cruciales: (i) en inglés, a diferencia del español, el sujeto es explícito, y (ii) en oraciones declarativas el sujeto precede al verbo, mientras que el español permite sujetos posverbales en algunos casos, particularmente en oraciones inacusativas y pasivas. Examinaremos esta cuestión por medio de dos tareas experimentales: una sobre juicios de gramaticalidad y otra sobre traducción inversa. ABSTRACT
This paper addresses the realisation of the subject in L2 English in a case of non-canonical mapping between theta roles and syntactic functions, specifically in the case of unaccusatives. The learners’ L1 is Spanish, which differs from English in two crucial respects: (i) in English, as opposed to Spanish, the subject is obligatorily overt, and (ii) in English, declarative sentences the subject precedes the finite verb, while Spanish allows for postverbal subjects in some cases, notably with unaccusatives and passives. We will examine the issue by means of a grammaticality judgment and a translation task. The final aim is to explore the relation between errors and linguistic intuitions of the learners, as well as the importance of linguistically informed teaching.Keywords: unaccusatives, thematic roles and syntactic functions, second language acquisition

<p>INTRODUCCIÓN</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">A mediados de los años 80, comienza en nuestro país, el desarrollo de un área de investigación lingüística que carecía de toda tradición: el estudio de la lengua de señas utilizada por la comunidad sorda argentina. La lingüista Ma. Ignacia Massone, precursora de esta disciplina, es quien, junto a un grupo de investigadores, presenta una serie de estudios preliminares referidos a aspectos léxicos y gramaticales de la lengua de señas argentina (LSA) (Veinberg y Massone, 1992; Massone, 1993; Curiel y Massone, 1993; Massone y Machado, 1994). Basándonos en esos estudios, en el presente trabajo profundizaremos en cuestiones léxico-sintácticas relacionadas con el carácter incorporante de dos subgrupos de verbos de movimiento de esta lengua visogestual: los denominados por Morimoto (1998) verbos de desplazamiento y verbos de manera de moverse.<br />En primer lugar determinaremos los componentes semánticos de un evento de movimiento que se incorporan a la raíz verbal y su relación con una determinada forma de superficie. Para ello, adoptaremos el análisis que, en líneas generales, se ha presentado para caracterizar la compleja estructura interna de estos verbos en otras lenguas de señas.<br />Una vez concluida esta tarea, podremos establecer qué lugar ocupa esta lengua en la tipología de lexicalización propuesta por Talmy (1985, 2000). Talmy ha analizado el modo en que las lenguas habladas lexicalizan o fusionan los elementos de significado básico en la raíz de verbos de movimiento y ha elaborado una tipología en función del componente que se lexicaliza: la Figura, la Trayectoria o la Manera. Esto le ha permitido establecer de tres esquemas de lexicalización. Según el modelo predominante, las distintas lenguas diferirían entre sí. Las categorías semánticas identificadas por Talmy son las que tendremos en cuenta a la hora<br />de describir los procesos de incorporación que se observan en los verbos de movimiento de la LSA.<br />Asimismo, nos preocupará conocer el comportamiento de otras lenguas de señas respecto de la incorporación en los verbos que nos interesan a fin de poder establecer consideraciones tipológicas de mayor alcance. En este sentido, prestaremos especial atención a los trabajos de Supalla (1990), quien se ocupa de este tema refiriéndose a la lengua de señas americana (ASL, según sus iniciales en inglés), y de Slobin y Hoiting (1994) quienes, por su parte, analizan tanto la ASL como la lengua de señas holandesa.<br />Consideraremos el fenómeno de fusión descripto por Talmy como un proceso de incorporación en el sentido de Baker (1988). La Teoría de la Incorporación de Baker (1988) se<br />refiere al proceso de formación de predicados complejos como resultado del movimiento de una categoría nuclear a otra. Sin embargo, a diferencia de este autor, postularemos que esta operación tiene lugar en el léxico y no en la sintaxis. En el caso de las lexicalizaciones presentadas por Talmy, se tratará de la incorporación de núcleos semántico-conceptuales a un núcleo léxico. En los verbos de movimiento de la LSA, en cambio, nos encontramos con la incorporación morfofonológica propia de las lenguas polisintéticas. Para captar estas diferencias, adoptaremos, en líneas generales, el análisis que Hale y Keyser (1995) utilizan para dar cuenta de la complejidad verbal en lenguas de morfología explícita. En esta dirección, entonces, presentaremos una hipótesis acerca de la constitución de estos complejos verbales mediante el movimiento nuclear cíclico en términos de Estructuras Léxico Relacionales (Hale y Keyser, 1991, 1993).<br />En base a estas consideraciones descriptivas, tipológicas y explicativas, proponemos acercarnos al conocimiento implícito que los hablantes de la LSA poseen del intrincado sistema que constituyen los verbos de movimiento.</p>

The purpose of this work is to promote awareness and knowledge about energy efficiency among students of the Faculty of Economics and Administration (FaEA) of the National University of Comahue. Based on an informative campaign on social media, complemented with surveys and a focus group, the aim was to gather perceptions, habits, and knowledge levels related to responsible energy use within the university environment. The results showed that, although there is the practice of certain saving behaviors—such as maximizing natural light or turning off unnecessary lights—a limited understanding of energy efficiency and its environmental impact persists. Solar energy was identified as the most viable renewable alternative for the institution, both for its technical feasibility and its educational value. Although low participation restricted the quantitative scope of the study, the qualitative analysis allowed for the recognition of an incipient environmental awareness and a growing interest in sustainability. It is concluded that it is necessary to strengthen university energy education through comprehensive strategies that articulate communication, training, and institutional management, in line with Sustainable Development Goal No. 7: Affordable and Clean Energy.

Durante el año 2025, la Cátedra de Inglés de la Facultad de Economía, a cargo de la profesora María Belén Martínez del Departamento de Idiomas con Propósitos Específicos, desarrolló un trabajo basado en proyectos. A lo largo del cursado, los estudiantes llevaron adelante proyectos de investigación–servicio en los que articularon sus saberes de inglés con los contenidos propios de sus carreras y con la resolución de problemáticas reales de la comunidad. El proceso incluyó la lectura y el análisis de textos académicos en inglés para la elaboración del marco teórico, la selección de un problema relevante, el diseño e implementación de una metodología de investigación, y la comparación de resultados con los aportes de autores especializados. Cada proyecto culminó con la redacción de un informe final en formato de paper, presentado en español e inglés, siguiendo una plantilla estandarizada.

<p>Objetivo general</p>
<p align="justify">El objetivo general de la propuesta de trabajo será realizar un estudio comparativo entre el vocabulario académico en inglés presente en el discurso oral de materiales audiovisuales pertenecientes a las Ciencias Ambientales y en textos académicos escritos de la misma temática.</p>
<p>Objetivos específicos:</p>
<p>- Explorar y profundizar en la noción de vocabulario académico.</p>
<p>- Generar un corpus de material audiovisual didáctico, centrado en la temática ambiental.</p>

<p text="" align="justify">El proyecto se inició en el año 2017 y hemos logrado cumplir con el 100% de la ejecución del mismo. Buscaremos ampliar el informe de avance en el cual presentamos un resumen detallado de los documentos analizados, de la revisión bibliográfica, de la metodología utilizada según sugerencias de los evaluadores del proyecto inicial, de la recolección de datos a través de encuestas, de las observaciones de clases y de las entrevistas a estudiantes y docentes. El presente documento presentará las acciones realizadas durante este último período y los hallazgos más relevantes que darán lugar a las conclusiones y resultados generales relacionados a las necesidades, percepciones y discursos sobre interculturalidad de los diferentes actores involucrados en la carrera de Guía Universitario de Turismo en San Martín de los Andes. Para esto tendremos en cuenta las prácticas interculturales en el aula de inglés en el contexto mencionado.</p>
